01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player" or "you") and cuci99 ("cuci99", "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the cuci99 website located at https://cuci99.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionalities provided through it.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds or participating in any gaming or betting activity offered through cuci99, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand it, and that you agree to be bound by all of its terms without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

cuci99 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

02 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on the cuci99 Platform.
• "Agreement" — these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's cuci99 Account at any given time, expressed in MYR unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits or wagering credits awarded under a specific promotion, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the Platform to confirm the identity, age and payment ownership of the Player.
• "MYR" — Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" — the cuci99 website, services, software, mobile interface and all associated products operated under the domain cuci99.cam.
• "Player" — any registered adult user (aged 21 years or above) who holds an active cuci99 Account and participates in gaming or betting activities.
• "Wagering Requirement" — a multiplier condition applied to Bonus Funds that specifies the total wagering amount required before any associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" — any jurisdiction in which access to or participation in online gambling is explicitly restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to cuci99 and the right to register and maintain an Account is conditional upon the fulfilment of all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Casino-style gambling and sports betting activities on cuci99 are strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Underage gambling is a serious offence and cuci99 enforces age verification through its KYC procedures.
2. You must be a natural individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporations, trusts, partnerships and other legal entities are not eligible to hold Player Accounts.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be an employee, officer, contractor or immediate family member of cuci99 or any affiliated entity.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Agreement.
6. You must hold only one Account on the cuci99 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

04 Registration & Accounts

To use cuci99 services, eligible individuals must complete the registration process and create an Account. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

4.1 Account Creation

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any funds held.

4.2 KYC Verification

cuci99 operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Prior to processing the first withdrawal request, and at any other time cuci99 deems appropriate, you may be required to submit valid government-issued identity documentation, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Documents commonly accepted include national identity cards, passports and utility bills. All submitted documents must be in the name of the registered Account holder.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cuci99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify cuci99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised Account access.

4.4 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Duplicate Accounts created to circumvent restrictions, exploit promotions or otherwise gain unfair advantage will be suspended. Funds held in duplicate Accounts may be forfeited in full.

05 Terms of Use

By accessing the cuci99 Platform, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with this Agreement. Permitted use is limited to personal, non-commercial gaming and betting entertainment activities on your own registered Account.

5.1 Acceptable Use

You may use the Platform to access available casino games, participate in eligible betting markets, deposit and withdraw funds from your own Account in MYR, access informational content and contact support services.

5.2 Technical Access

You must not use automated systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to access, interact with or extract data from the Platform. Systematic crawling, scraping or data harvesting is strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from cuci99.

5.3 Accuracy of Information

While cuci99 endeavours to maintain accurate and up-to-date information regarding game rules, odds, payment timelines and promotional terms, the Platform makes no warranty as to the absolute completeness or accuracy of all displayed content at any given moment. Odds and game availability are subject to change.

06 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on the cuci99 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The Platform supports the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong, subject to availability at the time of transaction.

6.1 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts and instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Account payment section. cuci99 reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership prior to processing any transaction.

6.2 Processing Times

Deposit processing times vary by method. E-wallet deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost and GrabPay are typically credited promptly. Bank transfer deposits via DuitNow or FPX may take slightly longer depending on the participating bank. cuci99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, bank maintenance windows or public holidays.

6.3 Currency and Conversion

Transactions are conducted in MYR. Where currency conversion is involved, exchange rates applied will be stated at the time of transaction. cuci99 is not liable for any exchange rate fluctuation losses.

07 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed full KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to claimed bonus funds must be satisfied before bonus-related funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests must not exceed the stated daily or per-transaction withdrawal limits.
• Withdrawal methods must correspond to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the cuci99 Account holder.
• cuci99 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests it considers high-value or otherwise requiring further review.

Typical withdrawal processing estimates are: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank channels 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers 15–60 minutes. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed completion times.

08 Bonuses & Promotions

cuci99 may offer bonuses, promotional credits and loyalty incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

8.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Players should review these terms carefully before opting into any bonus offer.

8.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game type will be specified in promotional terms. Live dealer games, sports betting markets and certain slot titles may carry different contribution rates.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

cuci99 takes a strict approach to bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, arbitrage betting patterns designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk exposure, or coordinated exploitation of promotional terms. Any Player found engaging in such conduct will have their Account suspended and all associated balances and bonuses forfeited.

8.4 Migration Bonus

Players migrating from another casino platform may be eligible for a migration incentive of up to MYR 588, subject to verification of previous membership tier and satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements. cuci99 reserves the right to decline any migration bonus application that cannot be adequately verified.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci99 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether personally or in coordination with others.
• Using funds derived from illegal activities or money laundering through the Platform in any manner.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage, matched betting strategy or collusion that exploits Platform pricing or bonus structures.
• Using automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward cuci99 staff or other users.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform or interfere with its technical infrastructure.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing on behalf of a third party.

10 Intellectual Property

All content published on the cuci99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software, is the property of cuci99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content from the cuci99 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, published, translated or sold without the prior written permission of cuci99. The cuci99 name, logo and all associated branding elements are proprietary marks of the Platform and may not be used without explicit authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cuci99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:

• Gambling losses resulting from game outcomes, sports betting results or other wagering activities.
• Interruptions or outages to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failure or circumstances beyond cuci99's control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Inaccuracies in displayed odds, game information or promotional content where correction notices have been issued promptly.

cuci99's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you during the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

12 Responsible Gambling

cuci99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a mechanism to generate income or to recover financial losses.

cuci99 supports the following responsible gambling tools and practices:

• Deposit limits — self-imposed daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps.
• Session time reminders and account activity reviews.
• Self-exclusion options that restrict Platform access for a defined or indefinite period.
• Access to educational content and support guidance through the Platform's Responsible Gambling section.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by cuci99

cuci99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: material breach of this Agreement; suspected fraud, money laundering or criminal activity; provision of false identity information; failure to satisfy KYC requirements; or the detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.

Upon termination for cause, cuci99 may withhold withdrawable balances pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation. Bonus Funds and promotional credits are forfeited immediately upon Account termination for cause.

13.2 Voluntary Account Closure

Players wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting cuci99 support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures prior to Account closure. Remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method.

14 Amendments

cuci99 reserves the right to amend, supplement or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Where changes are material, cuci99 may provide additional notice through in-platform messaging or email notification to registered Players.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which cuci99 holds its applicable international operating licence. Disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in the Player's local jurisdiction provide otherwise.

Malaysian users acknowledge that no Malaysian government body or regulator specifically licences or oversees offshore online gambling platforms. cuci99 does not claim Malaysian regulatory approval and does not assert that participation in its services is legal under all applicable Malaysian laws. Each user bears sole responsibility for confirming the legal status of online gambling in their local area.
